Approximately Ninety Air Travels Connected to Epstein Reportedly Arrived at or Departed from British Airfields
Analysis has uncovered that nearly 90 flights associated to Jeffrey Epstein reportedly arrived at and departed from UK airfields, with some reportedly having onboard women from the UK who claim they were victimized by the convicted sex offender.
Flight Logs Reveal Trail of Movement
These aviation records were among a trove of court documents and papers released by Epstein’s estate that have been disclosed over the previous twelve months. The review identified 87 flights tied to Epstein – encompassing many that were not previously known – arriving or departing from UK airports between the early 1990s and 2018.
Passenger Details and Post-Conviction Travel
Unidentified women were recorded among the travelers entering and exiting the UK. Significantly, 15 of these flights involving the UK occurred subsequent to Epstein’s 2008 conviction for procuring prostitution from a underage person.
“It was ‘shocking’ that there had never been a ‘comprehensive British inquiry’ into his activities in the country,” stated American attorneys representing numerous Epstein survivors.
British Victims and Legal Proceedings
A statement from one of the UK-based survivors was instrumental in convicting Epstein’s associate socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of sex trafficking of minors in the US in 2021. Yet, that individual has not received any contact by UK authorities, according to her attorney based in Florida.
In a statement, the Metropolitan police stated they had “not received any further evidence that would support restarting the investigation.” They added, “If fresh and pertinent evidence be presented to us, encompassing any arising from the release of material in the US, we will evaluate it.”
Ongoing Document Release and Legal Rulings
Proposed legislation to release every document held by the US government in concerning Epstein passed the US Congress last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to comply. A vast number of documents are projected to be released.
Separately, a US judge ruled last week that the DOJ could make public case files from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s close friend, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence over the charges.
